In-Home Caregiver / Home Health Aide — $16–$18/hr

Westland, Livonia, West Bloomfield, Farmington, Novi, Ann Arbor

Help older adults live safely and independently at home. You’ll provide non-medical personal care and companionship, supported by an experienced RN owner who trains and mentors our team.

What You’ll Do

  • Assist with personal care: bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, mobility/transfers
  • Light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation
  • Medication reminders (non-administration)
  • Companionship, conversation, and engagement
  • Transportation/errands and accompaniment to appointments (if you drive)
  • Observe and report changes in the client’s condition; document care accurately

Requirements

  • Genuine compassion for older adults and a reliable, professional attitude
  • 18+, eligible to work in the U.S. (I-9), and able to pass a background check
  • TB screening per agency policy
  • Reliable transportation; valid driver’s license and auto insurance preferred
  • Able to lift/assist with transfers safely
  • CNA, HHA, or caregiving experience a plus — not required; we train

Schedule: Full-time & part-time; days, evenings, weekends — built around your availability.

Adult Foster Care Direct Care Worker — $16–$18/hr

Lauren’s Greenhouse Living · Livonia, MI 48152

Support residents in a warm, home-like group setting at our licensed Adult Foster Care home. Hands-on care in a small home environment, backed by an RN owner.

What You’ll Do

  • Personal care and assistance with daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility)
  • Assist with meals, feeding, hydration, and nutrition
  • Medication assistance per facility policy and resident care plans
  • Maintain a clean, safe, comfortable home (housekeeping, laundry)
  • Lead activities, socialization, and dignity-centered engagement
  • Monitor residents and document care, behaviors, and changes; report to the manager/RN

Requirements

  • Compassion, patience, and a calm presence with vulnerable adults
  • 18+, eligible to work in the U.S. (I-9), able to pass a background check
  • TB screening per facility policy
  • Willingness to complete AFC-required caregiver training
  • Experience with seniors, dementia, or developmental disabilities a plus — we train the right person
  • Able to work in a 24/7 staffing environment (some weekends/holidays)

Schedule: 24/7 coverage — day, afternoon, midnight, and weekend shifts. Full-time, part-time, and set rotating schedules available.

What You’ll Do

  • Cover open shifts on short or scheduled notice
  • Personal care, companionship, meal prep, light housekeeping, medication reminders
  • Step into either the home-care or AFC setting depending on need and your training
  • Document care and report changes accurately

Requirements

  • Dependability and flexibility — when you commit to a shift, you show up
  • 18+, eligible to work in the U.S. (I-9), able to pass a background check
  • TB screening per agency policy
  • Caregiving experience or certification a plus; we train
  • Reliable transportation (especially for in-home visits)

Schedule: As-needed / per diem — you tell us your availability and we offer matching shifts. Great for students, semi-retired nurses/aides, and second-job seekers.
