Programs and partners we currently support
- VA services: In-home support for eligible veterans and surviving spouses, including families using VA Aid & Attendance or VA Community Care benefits. Learn more about VA home care.
- Michigan Medicaid Home Help Program through MDHHS: In-home personal care support for eligible Medicaid beneficiaries whose services are approved through the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services.
- HAP CareSource: Elder Empowerment Services accepts eligible Medicaid home-care clients whose services are authorized through HAP CareSource.

Home care services available through these programs
Depending on the program authorization, care plan, or insurance policy, services may include:
